So often I hear clients say, how do I balance my work life with my personal life? It’s kind of like fighting the cold or flu. Get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, eat healthy, workout, get plenty of sleep, rest when needed, and have fun. No matter how hard we might try, it’ easier said than done! Many feel like a failure between work and home.

What can I expect? Know that I’ll show up for you. I’ll listen without judgment. I’ll support you in your work. I will ask the right questions to get you digging deeper, examine old programs, and release what no longer serves you. I’ll be your cheerleader, your accountability partner, and guide to letting go of the inner critic. I will do my best to be a positive contributor to your life.

How does it work? There are two ways of coaching with me. We can coach over the phone or via a zoom call. Or, we can meet in person for an Equine Gestalt Coaching Session, which involves me partnering with my horse(s) to help facilitate the coaching process.
